We contact winners by telephone and email within 7 days of the competition closing.
If your contact details change before the draw, you must update them in your account.

If we cannot reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to choose another winner.

Yes. Every prize on Rift Competitions is guaranteed, regardless of ticket sales.
We never run “not enough tickets” cancellations.

All correct entries are assigned a ticket number.

Yes. Every competition has a free postal entry route, as required by UK law.

Postal entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries.

If your payment fails, your entry is not submitted.
You can try again using an alternative payment method or contact us.

If you're a winner, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery, collection or processing of your prize. Photo ID may be required to verify your identity.

Some competitions include a fixed cash alternative, which will be clearly stated on the competition page.
If offered, the winner may choose either the advertised prize or the published cash amount.
Cash alternatives are fixed, non-negotiable, and only available when specifically listed for that competition.

Entries are non-refundable, as each entry is a digital product and directly enters the draw.
